There are NO money back offers or returns what so ever and all sales are final at the time of the payment transaction.

2. Additional Restrictions. You should consult state and federal laws before purchasing this program/services regarding the legalities and business structures of operating a business of Process Service and or Private Investigations regarding any additional licenses and or insurances in your home state and city. PSC, Mario Torres cannot offer legal advice and is not responsible for any action taken by your customer based on this information. You should use extreme caution when interpreting the results of a criminal or civil background search for any type of personal verification.

3. You agree that by purchasing the services of PSC that we are a consultant service only and do not make any guarantees as to the success of your business and the consulting/mentoring services end after one calendar year from time of purchase.

4. You and or your partners, associates agree NOT to seek any legal actions what so ever against PCS, Mario Torres, www.Processservercash.com, Mat Enterprises or any agents and or subsidiaries for any information obtained from the training course or from the assigned mentor.
